You will be contacting local customers who are interested in making an informed hiring decision, and your profile is your advertisement. You can contact customers before completing your profile, but we do not recommend it. It only takes a few minutes to complete your profile, and having a complete profile will increase your hire rate.
Of course, the more you complete the better, but you should at the very least add an image, explain your services in the about section, and, perhaps most importantly, get some reviews.
- Profile Image - This is your first impression to the customer. A clear picture of you or your business logo works best.
- About section - This is where you can share additional information about your business such as philosophy, experience, history...etc. For the customer who is searching for the right pro, additional information about your business could help lean them in your direction.

Our profile setup process will take you step-by-step through each section of your profile. Just start at the top with your business information section, and follow the prompts until the profile is complete. This is something you only have to do one time-and the results will have a lasting impact on your ability to successfully get new customers from our platform.

Your notifications are extremely important. Each time you have a new request, a customer views or replies to one of your quotes, or something important is happening with your account, we will send you a notification. You can manage your notifications from the notifications icon in the top right of the page at any time.
There are two types of notifications that we send; Email and Text Message. The majority of the notifications we send are time sensitive, so we recommend using text notifications. If you are like a lot of people, you are always on the go, so getting notifications via text message ensures you are aware of the notification immediately and that you can follow up with the notifications right from your mobile device.
IMPORTANT: To start receiving Text Message notifications simply use your cell phone number as the Business number on your profile, and check your Settings page to to make sure Text Messages are toggled on. You will know they are toggled on when the switch is blue.

Updating your account
You can update your basic account information from the Settings page of your account at any time. To access your account, simply log in, click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner. Scroll down to Account Settings.
Tip: Selecting "My Dashboard" will give you many other great features and options for your business account.

To access your account, you can click any of the links or buttons in the emails we send you or log in the old fashion way with your email and password. Once logged into the site, click on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the page and scroll down to "Account Settings". Here you can change your account information.
PLEASE NOTE: To submit a request you must set up an account. This account allows us to notify you any time we have an update regarding your request. In addition to the information required to generate a request, we only collect basic information to create your account; your name, email, and mobile phone number (optional) so you can receive price quotes and internal communications from us on your mobile device. All personal contact information remains with 1-888-DRIVING. We do NOT share your contact information with the businesses until you have accepted a quote in which we will send that business your contact info to set up an appointment.

Each Business has a profile. Their profile is full of information that will help you with your hiring decision.
On each profile you will find the businesses service area, company description, and a list of services they offer. In addition to the basic information listed above you may also find customer reviews and images/videos to help you get a better since of the professional work experience and customer satisfaction.
You are free to browse the profiles of each business who contacts you. Taking the time to do this will definitely help you get comfortable with a businessso you can make the right hiring decision. If you have reviewed all of the information on a business's profile and are still searching for answers, feel free to ask the business directly. They are contacting you because they want to help you achieve your goals.

A request is what we send out to the businesses on your behalf. It is the only thing they have to determine if they can help and are willing to send you a quote. The more information you provide the better.
Creating a request generally takes less than 60 seconds to complete. Our system will ask a series of questions about your service needs. Some may be multiple choice for convenience and others require you to write in your answer. While some questions do not require an answer, we do suggest you answer each question to the best of your ability. Professionals are less likely to respond to customers who have incomplete requests.

A business can send a personalized message, a coupon to customer along with thier original Quote. The customer can message you in return. There is no additional cost to comminicate as often as you wish with the customer. Our system allow communication with customers using email and or their mobile device if you provide your mobile number when you registered on our site.

After you create a request, we send it out to our network of local trusted businesses to notify them of your request. These professionals have the ability to review the details of your request and reply if they are interested and available to meet your needs. You will only recieve a maximum of five quotes per bid, so don't worry about being flooded with businesses trying to contact you.
Depending on the selections you made when you created the request. The businesses quote will have a custom message, possibly a discount coupon or image document, some general business information, and contact information. In addition, you may see reviews, and a price quote. All of this information will be at your disposal to help you make the right hiring decision.
You can reply to as many quotes as you receive through the website or your mobile device. You can also call the business directly. Messaging back and forth is a great way to start the conversation, but you are free to move the conversation to a phone call as you please. Remeber, they do not have your direct contact information so you have to initate contacting the business first if you so choose. If you keep the conversation going through chat on the website, we will notify you by email and/or text any time there is a new message or update, so be sure to keep an eye out for our notifications.

What are Quote Credits?
We are a pay-per-Quote referral system where you buy and use credits to send quotes or communicate with local customers who have submitted a request for service. When you contact a customer, we call this sending a Quote. You only pay when you send a Quote. We do not charge commission and there is no subscription fees.
How do Quote Credits work?
Quote Credits are deducted from your account each time you send a Quote. If the customer does not view your Quote within 24 hours, we automatically refund the Quote Credits you used for that Quote. The number of Quote Credits it costs to send a Quote ranges from 2-10 depending on the customer request and service request. at no cost, you will see how many Quote Credits it will cost to send a Quote in the lead details you receive for each request.
- Create your Quote - Your Quote is essentially your introduction to the customer. You choose what to say and can write a personal message addressing the customers’ needs. You can include your price or even request more information. A price is not required. If you do list a price, be professional and clear about what is included for your price.
- Buy Quote Credits- After you write your Quote and click send, the website will prompt you to purchase your first pack of Quote Credits to complete the sending process. We offer all first time businesses 10 free credits to try us out an no cost. .
- Send your Quote – If you have enough Quote Creditsin your account, simply click to send your Quote. The customer will instantly see the Quote in their email and on their mobile device. If you do not have enough Quote Credits, simply purchase Quote Credits using a credit card or PayPal and your Quote will be sent to the customer.
- FAQ about Credits
- How much do Quote Credits cost? Our price is $1.00/credit. We offer discounts from time to time, but this is the base price.
- Why should I buy a package of credits? We start you with a 10 Quote pack – After those 10 Quotes are used up, you can choose to choose a package with a discount. The more you buy, the more you save.
- Do my Quote Credits expire? No, Quote Credits do not expire. Use your Quote Credits at your own pace.
- Do I have to send a Quote to every request? No, you are never obligated to send a Quote. You can simply do nothing on a customer request if it is not right for you. Again, it costs nothing to view a request.
- What happens when I run out of Quote Credits? Any time you attempt to send a Quote with insufficient Quote Credits the website will prompt you to get more. You can always buy more Quote Credits.
- Do you offer refunds on credit packs? We do not offer refunds on credit pack purchases, but we do offer a Get Hired Guarantee. (See our amazing Get Hired Guarantee)

When purchasing credits for the first time and in the future, we offer packages for your to choose from. As you can see, the more you buy, the more you save! This should ensure you have enough quotes to get at least your first hire, possibly more. Remember, we have our Get hired Guarantee for first time businesses who purchase their first credit package. When you are out of credits, you are able to buy more credits and our site will let you know when you are running low on credits.
Here is how you buy credits:
- Once you have used up the first free 10 credits, the site will give you a notice you are low on credits.
- Select a package of your choosing.
- Pay using our secure payment gateway.
- You will receive an email reciept and you can always videw your transaction history in your profile account.
- If your quote is not viewed by the customer within 24 hours we will automatically refund the credits you used back to your account for future use.
You are in complete control of your customers and their payments. After you are hired by a customer you will work directly with them to figure how and when you are to be paid.
Here is a list of things you can and should do to make sure you do once your quote has been accepted:
- Contact the Customer as soon as possible. Their contact information appears once they accepted your bid.
- Schedule an appointment and collect a deposit up front if possible.
- Clearly establish any/all of your policies with new customers before you complete the job.
- Keep in touch with your customer regarding their needs and expectations to ensure there is no miscommunication.
If you have any issues receiving payment from any new customer you met through our service, please contact us. We will do all we can to help you get paid and if necessary, close their account. .
Refunds
We respect your time and money. If your quote is not viewed by the customer within 24 hours we will automatically refund your credits. You will always recieved an email notification when a customer views your quote so you do not have to rely solely on guessing who viewed your quotes or not. .
- All refunded credits are automatically added back to your account.
- Refunded credits are immediately available to reuse.
We are reasonable. After all, our philosophy is to create a win-win experience for all users of this site! Therefore, we realize there may be other situations where we can give you a refund. We can’t offer refunds for everything, but we'll do our best to be reasonable and fair. Contact us directly to request a refund.

Credits never expire. If your schedule fills up or you are otherwise temporarily unable to use your credits, your credits will remain in your account until you are ready to use them again.
